The National Institute for Environmental Studies, Japan ("NIES") facilitates the availability of the "Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Information Platform" website ("Site") as a service to any user or users accessing the Site ("You" or "Your").

Your use of this Site and its content is subject to the terms of use outlined below ("Terms of Use"). You accept these Terms of Use by using this Site, including accessing any information, documents, data, databases, maps or materials contained on this Site (together, "Materials").

This Site was developed by NIES and Asia Development Bank with various service providers, including information providers and content providers ("Service Providers"), and is supported by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan ("MoEJ")

NIES, ADB and the Service Providers provide the Materials solely as a resource for you without any form of assurance. By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have made your own assessment of the suitability or otherwise of the Materials for your specific purposes.
